HOW TO PERSONALISE:

Please enter the name required in the notes box along with the text for under the heart.

Surprise text:

Add a short message detailing the surprise in the notes box. I will use the exact wording you enter. Please note, the longer the message the smaller the text will be to fit under the heart.

DELIVERY:

• Our current dispatch times are stated on the listing. Our standard delivery option is sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

• If you want to speed up delivery time, there’s the option to upgrade your postage at checkout to either First class or Special next day delivery.

• Etsy estimates delivery dates and it doesn’t count any bank holidays or mail strikes. Once your item has left the studio, we can’t guarantee the delivery time.

• If you’re in a rush for your item, please message me once you’ve placed your order and I’ll try and send it as soon as I can.
