These terms outline the terms and conditions upon which we sell our goods and services listed on this website.

Please read through these terms and conditions before making your purchase. In particular our cancellation and return policies.

By ordering from us you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, please print a copy for future reference.

We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any time without notice to you, your continued use of our website (or any part thereof) following a change is deemed to be your acceptance of these changes.

By supplying us with your email address you agree for us to contact you using this method of long distance communication. Please be assured that we will never share your details with anyone.

Our website is only intended for use by residents of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland (United Kingdom)

We may at our sole discretion sell to those outside of our own country, however we ask that you contact us so we can discuss your order and shipping arrangements before proceeding.

To purchase from our website you must, be over 18 years of age and be capable of entering into a legally binding contract.

The prices of all products are quoted on our website. Unless stated products are priced exclusive of VAT (we are not VAT registered).

Whilst every care is taken to ensure all prices are correct, in the unlikely event that a produt is priced or described incorrectly we are under no obligation to provide you with that product or service.

Payment can be made using all major credit or debit cards and PayPal. All payments are dealt with by PayPal to help give you peace of mind when purchasing.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide. For personalised products we reserve the right to charge for any changes made to alterations needed. You agree that we will contact you to show you the design with details on to ensure that details are correct. In the unlikely event that there shall be a mistake made on our side and this has not been picked up by yourself when confirming the design, we will charge a 50% fee to rectify the problem.

All products are delivered by Royal Mail or other professional courier to the address you provided during the order process.

Goods may sometimes require a signature on delivery.

Due to the personalised nature of our products, please allow up to 7 working days for dispatch.

All goods will be at your risk from the point of delivery.

Due to the fragile nature of some of our products, please take extra care to ensure they are kept safe, and out of the reach of children.

If a product arrives damaged, then we will offer a full refund or replacement. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any product we feel has been damaged after delivery, or was mistreated, or used in any way other than that instructed.

All items must be returned to us before we will process a refund. If you wish to claim back your postage costs, please ensure you have a receipt that you can show us. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so please ensure you package it correctly and we recomend that you use a recorded delivery service. We are happy to discuss this with you before posting.

The content of this website is protected by copyright, (including design copyright) including but not limited to trademarks, intelectual property, design ideas, information and photos.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours after receiving your confirmation email. You can do this by emailing us at [email protected] - include your name, address, a name and description of the goods you wish to cancel and your order number.

Due to the work involved in personalising your items, we cannot offer any refunds after the 24 hours.

Delivery -

We offer competitive delivery rates on all our items. Our delivery rates are worked out by weight and we continuously search to ensure we can offer you the best postage rates possible. To do this we ship via Royal Mail and Courier.

Once your item is packaged we will compare courier companies to make sure we can get your items to you in the quickest and safest way.

As soon as you have popped your items into your basket you can view your basket and easily see how much your postage will be.

When posting through Royal Mail we always aim to send your parcel first class.

As most of our items are made to order, please allow up to 7 days for dispatch. At busy times this may extend, however this will be clearly communicated to you before we start your order, giving you the chance to cancel in the unlikely event there will be any delay.

Items will usually be sent out before this 7 day period. If you need your item in a hurry, please send us a message and we can give you a more accurate estimate for delivery and confirm if we will be able to speed up your order.

Returns & Refunds -

We cannot offer a refund on any personalised product, unless damaged.

If an item is received damaged then we will offer a full refund or replacement as long as we are happy that the damage occurred before delivery.

If you have purchased a non personalised product, we will offer a refund up to 14 days, provided the product is returned to us in the same sealed, undamaged state as you received it in. All return postage costs are at the buyers expense. The item is your responsibility until the item is received by us so we always recommend packing well and using Royal Mail. We are always happy to discuss this with you.
